Do you offer emergency handyman and repair service?
Yes. We handle urgent repairs like active leaks, electrical hazards, and storm damage. Flag your request as "Emergency" in our visual repair tool and we prioritize same-day or next-day dispatch during business hours (Mon–Sat, 7am–6pm).
How fast can you come out for a leak or urgent repair?
For emergencies flagged in our repair tool, we aim to dispatch a pro the same day or next business day. Standard repairs are usually scheduled within a few days. Every booking includes a 2-hour arrival window so you're not waiting around.
How does the visual repair request tool work?
You pick the room, tap the thing that needs fixing, optionally add photos and mark the exact spot on them, then pick an appointment time. It takes about two minutes and shows our pro precisely what to expect before arriving.
When should I call a handyman versus a general contractor?
Call a handyman for small, defined fixes — a leaky faucet, a patch of drywall, a stuck door. Call a contractor for multi-trade or structural work like a full bathroom or a room addition. Kasamia does both, so we route your request to the right team.
Do you charge for estimates or a service call?
Project quotes are always free. For on-demand repairs, we'll confirm any service-call or diagnostic fee when you book through the repair tool, so there are no surprises — you approve the scope and price before work begins.
